Our experiences with Cathy and Michelle was nothing short of amazing! Prior to working with them, our experiences with realtors had been very negative. All the realtors we had used in the past seemed to ignore the things we told them we were looking for in a house and only showed us things that were either: not in our price range, not the type we were looking for, or a house they were also the selling agent on. Needless to say we were disillusioned with realtors in general. That all changed when we started working with Cathy and Michelle. From the beginning they were warm and friendly and most importantly, they listened to everything we said! We have now bought two houses and sold one with Cathy and Michelle and could not be happier! They only showed us houses that matched our needs, and they didn’t try to push us into anything. Throughout the entire process, both buying and selling, they communicated with us constantly, and handled coordinating all the details, ensuring the process went as smoothly as possible. When buying, they arranged all the inspections and all the third party contractors who were part of the process. We were able to rely on the sound advice they provided throughout the process, from their poignant comments on the houses they showed us (pointing out things we didn’t notice and commenting on whether the houses met the needs we had told them), to their guidance in determining offer amounts and listing prices. When we sold our house, they helped us transform the house beautifully for showing. Cathy and Michelle were an absolute joy to work with, and we highly recommend them. They helped us find our dream home and we can’t thank them enough. Hopefully we will not be moving again, but if we do, we would 100% use them again. If you need a realtor, you cannot go wrong with Cathy and Michelle and we cannot recommend them enough!
